Hi Tim

All I know is that they are doing a actual trial with celiac disease here in Australia. It was all over the news about a year ago.

H its apparently being clinically tried in England and Australia for various inflammatory diseases (IBD, crohn's, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis) with preliminary positive results, and I'm wondering if it might work for celiac/gluten intolerance. (The dosage given is not enough to create anemia). They're not 100% sure why having these "parasites" in the gut might downgrade the body's autoimmune reaction) .... Anyone?Tim Reeves, Berkeley

You're more likely to find information on this over on Healing

Crow.

Although we can, and do, talk about meds from time to time, such as LDN,

or other so-called " alternative " treatments for gut issues,

this is a list for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, not all research on

digestive disorders.
