It isn't always green, sometimes alternating between greenish and the ever-popular weird brown, but I have green poohs all the time. I asked my nutritionist and she said it could be the iron or eating lots of veggies. Since I don't really eat an extreme amount of vegetables, I really think it's the iron! I alternate between loose stools and thicker ones, but haven't had uncontrollable diahhrea yet. Perhaps the looseness is due to something you ate? Perhaps the color, especially since you haven't had it before, is related to that as well? all the best, laparoscopic BPD/DS with gallbladder removal Dr. Gagner/Dr. Quinn assisting/Mt.
