It would also be important to look at whether all precincts dealing with migrant & /or Hispanic populations are finding the same proportion of DUIs per that specific population. If there are differences between them, you might want to look at greater depth, into the practices within precincts. We know from national coverage, that some areas are more prone to racial profiling than others.

Racial profiling is certainly a factor to some extent or the other everywhere that migrant farmworkers work. The Southeastern states are no exception.
