Need a WLS-friendly Seattle area PCP

Hi, there.

If anyone could direct me to a WLS-friendly Seattle area PCP, I would

greatly appreciate it.

Today, I called Dr. P's office and asked for a recommendation on a

PCP. I got the info, I made the appt, switched to that PCP with

CIGNA, only to have CIGNA call me back later and say that I couldn't

choose that PCP because he wasn't close enough to my home or work ZIP

code (within 30 miles to be specific). :/

This is particularly disheartening considering that my current PCP

gave me a referral, but he can only refer patients to doctors at

Virginia Mason (namely Dr. Thirlby. And, what good is a closed loop

for me?? None.) I don't believe Dr. Thirlby does BPD/DS,

*and* to top it all off, his initial consult schedule is booked until

OCTOBER.

When I wanted to have my wisdom teeth out, there wasn't a line.

What's the deal already?

Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated.
