I quit the s.boularddi after experiencing immediate runny stools, and when stopped when back to normal. I do not wish to try it again.Just my 2 cents.

When I started s. boulardii (at half a capsule), I had a strange ammonia smell in my nose. After some experimentation, it was definately caused by the boulardii. I quit taking it, and will retry again sometime.
