Guest guest
Tropical Traditions has a link for coconut flour recipes. Some things are legal.. others have illegals and need to be tweaked. They do use sugar so we would substitute honey and use about half of honey for what is suggested amount for sugar. Enjoy! and let me know if any of these recipes work! http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/gluten_free_coconut_flour_recipes.htm Jodi
Guest guest
I tried the blueberry muffins and didn't like it much. They didn't have a good flavor or consistency. I ate them all though... they weren't THAT BAD LOL. My daughter would not eat them at all. The cherry clafouti is where it's at. I made that with blueberries too and didn't like it that much and I LOVE blueberries. I think if I would have doubled the almond extract the blueberry clafouti would have been much better. Same for the muffins... they just needed something extra.
