Guest guest
Tropical Traditions has a link for coconut flour recipes. Some things are legal.. others have illegals and need to be tweaked. They do use sugar so we would substitute honey and use about half of honey for what is suggested amount for sugar. Enjoy! and let me know if any of these recipes work! http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/gluten_free_coconut_flour_recipes.htm Jodi

Really? I've been making it with a variety of fruit all summer and loving it. all kinds of berries and mixed berries and peaches and blueberries, etc, whatever fruit has accumulated and is getting too ripe. I didn't make it with all blueberries, however. I made blueberry/ strawberry/ raspberry/cherry mix, IIRC. Or blueberry/peach. Mara
