This is a great family run group in land. They don't add anything to their

honey and most of their honey is raw (it says in the description whether it's

raw or not). They're a really nice local company. I've had the pleasure of

going to their bee farm and chatting with them for hours. They even had mead

that was SCD legal (but they don't sell it). I don't actually enjoy alcohol

(tastes *terrible* to me) but it was cool that they had it. They're also really

great about answering any questions you have. Shipping might be a pain but it

was worth it for me - I ended up buying a 5 gallon tub! And this coming from

someone who never liked honey! I also visit their shop at the Renn Fest down

here and get to try all the different flavors. I still don't really like the

typical honey flavor that you find in clover and wildflower but I love some of

the other stuff. Lavender honey for example is pricey but soooo good!

> " I have learned from Dr. Mercola's book is that there are bee farms that

produce 2/3 of the annual honey production in North America byforce feeding

their bees high fructose corn syrup or other sugars, and keeping them under

24-hour hive lighting so that they will produce honey year round (the remaining

1/3 of honey produced in N.A. is pure honey). These tactics result in the bees

producing a product that is only partially real honey; the other portion of the

" honey " is high fructose corn syrup! "
