Guest guest
Since you still have D, it might not be a good idea to eat raw fruits and veggies. In BTVC, Elaine said, " Because fruits and raw vegetables have qualities which tend to make them laxative, they must be used with care when diarrhea is still active. Although all fruits, all raw vegetables, and as much honey as desired may be used when the diarrhea has cleared, it is best to eliminate them until that time. When fruits are introduced, after a week or two, they should be ripe, peeled, and cooked. Raw fruits should not be introduced until diarrhea is under control. Raw vegetables such as salad greens, carrots and celery sticks, cucumbers, and onions also should not be introduced until diarrhea is under control.
