" I am 1 year post op. 6:30 am---about 1 1/2 cups of shrimp stir fry I had left from a restaurant last night 8 am--two pieces of toast with lots of peanut butter on them. noon--about 1/2 of a double quarter pounder with cheese (you know the double to get more meat!!!) and a McDonals hot fudge Sundae 3pm--An ice cream drumstick (yes, ice cream is a problem for me!!!--preop it would have been 3) 5pm--the other half of my double quarter pounder with cheese I will probably eat some steak later tonight to get in more protein. My weight has been steady with a tiny inching down for a couple of months. This is o.k. with me because even though I had wanted to get down to 150, I am at what was in my mind for a goal " size. " I wear any 10 and even an occassional 8. Dawn BPD/DS 4/27/00 Dr. Hess 267 to 165 size 22 to size 10 no more high blood pressure sore feet or dieting! Have met my " size " goal.
