Rose & LaWanda--We missed you both at the meeting last night.Part of the conversation was about unconscious eating. (Not sleep eating - LOL - eating without paying attention). Interesting conversation. It sounds like one of our pre-ops may get her WLS transferred from Richmond to South San Francisco. Remember, she is the lady who got weighed in at Richmond, started the program then had the asthma problem and gained weight (due to the asthma meds and problems), and Richmond was insisting that she loose the original amount plus the amount she gained. She is hoping SSF will start her fresh with a starting weight of what she currently weighs.Hopefully you can both come to the meeting next Thursday; if so, see you then.--Sandi> > >> > >Thanks Colleen. I'm sure if Kaiser does hair removal, like laser type, it will be by

Kaiser's self-pay. elective " Cosmetic Services " which are provided

on a fee-for-service basis, separate from and not covered under your

Health Plan benefits. Non covered plastic surgery is offered by

this same program.

You have to pay for these services, even though Kaiser claims the

services are priced competitively.

When I do my " reconstructive surgery " , I don't plan on only the

covered part, and I don't think I will use Kaiser for my self-pay PS.

thinned through the years, while my facial hair has gotten heavier.

Reminds me of both my dad and hubby, and they got balder on top

their chests and backs got harrier! LOL! I always thought of it as

the hair slipped lower on their bodies!!! LOL!

have to check on them. Have you ever checked to see about if Kaiser

does the laser hair removal?
