Guest guest
Try skipping the cheesecake. I still can't handle cheese. Also, does a tea made from caraway seeds not help you?
Guest guest
I know I could not have eaten like this on the beginner's diet where 4 of the 8 items contain so much sugar. Guest guest
>Hey friends,>I am experiencing serious bloating and gas on the intro diet. How much yogurt did you start out with? You don't want to start too quickly because the homemade yogurt is very powerful stuff. The bloating can be from die-off, I had it myself at first, and was so bloated I could hardly eat much at all. Many start out very small with the yogurt, like 1/8 tsp. then gradually increase as tolerated. Some don't tolerate the fat well at the beginning. You may want to strain your chicken broth to remove most of the fat. Are you diluting your cider? Diane D.

I have probably anywhere between 1 and 3 cups of yogurt a day. would having more DCCC instead of yogurt be a better idea? or just reduce all dairy products? cause i feel if that is what i do, all i will be eating is meat, and this causes my breath to reek and i am out of the house all day. i havent removed the fat from the chicken soup, i have however removed all the veggies, am i supposed to remove the fat as well? Guest guest
Sounds a lot like what I've been experiencing a few weeks into the diet. I'm beginning to think I need to go back and restart. I also think that I'm eating too much sugar and yogurt. I tell myself that the yogurt is the good stuff, the good bacteria, and that honey is LEGAL and then I ignore the fact that it seems to make my insides start to shift and move and growl. Also, I seem to have the same reaction to apple juice. you seem to be eating a lot of apple juice... I'm also speculating that I may be reacting to fat.. Pork chops also are harder to digest than ground beef; or grind your own portk (or beef), so your digestive system doesn't have to do so much work. Even the yogurt may take getting used to at first. n
