Need help with seasonal allergies

Does anyone have any suggestions of something SCD legal I could take to help

with seasonal allergies/post-nasal drip? I have never had allergies before but

seemed to have developed some type of allergy causing post-nasal drip having to

constantly clear my throat. I am thinking about going to an allergist but they

will probably prescribe meds that are not SCD legal. Any thoughts or

suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I use the normal saline nasal rinses, too, and they help. The other

thing I use is Quercetone. The only brand I know of that's really

good is Quercitin by Thorne. It's one of these cases where there's

the cheaper form that is poorly absorbed and the better form that is

more readily absorbed and Thorne has the good one.

I don't honestly know if quercetone is legal or not. It's a

bioflavonoid and after all, bioflavonoids are in many plants. I

wasn't able to find too much on it when I Googled it. But legal or

not, it sure helps me when I need it for a stuffy head.
