Dr. Baggs told me that water goes through like a funnel and does not sit there in the pouch. If you hurt something, you would have felt it right away. Its okay. I don't wait the 10 minutes like they say and it does not bother me and I get in more than the 64 ounces. Just try to be mindful but if you had to do something wrong, I'd rather it be too much water than something like the wrong food. Take care.
