Good to know you checked out the liquid zinc from BodyBio. I will be ordering their magnesium and potassium as they look safe, no illegals as far as I could tell.

Since I mix mineral powders in water to get them past my upper GI anyway, starting off with a liquid form will be a lot easier. And tolerated, I hope. [sigh]

Kim,I checked on the Body-Bio Zinc, and it was apparently legal. In any case, I used it without a problem after my surgery because I wanted to keep the zince levels up to promote healing.Of course <grin> you and I tolerate different things....— Marilyn
