The Bariatric Advantage rep told me that the calcium is better

absorbed if you suck on it like a losenge. The Vitamin D absobs

through the mucous membranes in the mouth.

Personally, I kind of like sucking on the cinamon or mint B.A.

calcium. But, I've got a good supply of them.
