Guest guest
Thanks Theresa-- I am pretty confidant that having my stomach reduced will take care of the over-eating or feeling hungry with reduced calories-- that is the tip of the iceburg, as it were. Having the switch will ensure any outbreaks of poor use of food will not have serious consequences. I am looking forward to not having to struggle so hard. That will take a load of stress off the whole emotional arena. I am pretty sure, no matter what I think now, that post DS things will be VERY different indeed! Aside from the plain fear of surgery and potential complications, I have a lot of confidence that this is the right way for me to go. Your input helps to remind me of that, and get anchored back to the reality of the whole thing. Thanks! Nan E.
