Guest guest
Well lets see. Yesterday I had: 2 fried eggs and half a piece of toast for breakfast. Lunch consisted of about 6 oz of Porterhouse steak. At dinner I had Meatball soup with a piece of Garlic toast, and a really small piece of Pineapple cake for dessert(3 bites worth). Today: I had 4 pieces of bacon with one small pancake for breakfast. At lunch I had two meaty spare ribs, a couple of bites of potato salad, and a couple of bites of baked beans. For dinner, I'm going to go and get myself a Taco Salad and eat as much of the beef and beans out of it that I can. Oh, and I'm around 10 weeks post-op. I hope this helps. Lunch: El Pollo Loco: 2 thighs (no skin) 2 small tortillas, two tsp. of black beans and some salsa Snack: Starbucks: Venti caramel macchiato Dinner, probably a tuna melt...I can usually eat about 3/4 of it. I eat a little sugar each day, but not a ton. Though the caramel macchiato probably put me over the limit for the day
