Guest guest
: Many of us have had a fatty liver. My surgeon said that I did but it was not diagnosed until the surgery. Apparently it is not a contra-indication for surgery. It can make things a bit tighter getting around, especially if you are having it done lapriscopically but it's certainly something the surgeon can generally deal with. I have read that the surgery can cure fatty liver but haven't ever heard that it can cause it. I would question that finding. If you are really concerned I'd suggest that you ask Dr. K's office about it. Hopefully the nurses can give you some information. Regards.
