Guest guest
I know the further you get out, the easier it is to FORGET to chew, chew, chew and take tiny, tiny, tiny bites. I really really have to concentrate on taking tiny bites and chewing really well or it hurts going down BIG TIME! Eggs, also, really really bother me. I won't eat them anymore. It doesn't seem to matter how much I chew them, the pouch just doesn't care for them. You guys are both doing fantastic! My weight loss has stalled again and I'm about 2 weeks ahead of each of you. I'm almost 6 weeks out and down 32.5 pounds (I was at 28 pounds at the end of 4 weeks so it's really crawled the past 2 weeks). That's okay (that's what I'm telling myself) and I'm just trying to do what I'm suppose to be doing and trying to kick in some extra fluids (hard to do though). Guest guest
Tina, You are doing great too, Congratulations!! I'm not sure what I was thinking when I thought that the weight just continued to come off daily. I didn't think there would be stalling so quickly, but I guess it does from the messages that I hav been reading. I will just keep by the book and remember that I need to take smaller bites and chew even more. No plan on eating eggs again for awhile. The thought of it makes me want to yuck! Thanks for the reply, > > Here I am again with more questions... > > I'm a bit scared and nervous over the fact that I am 3 weeks and 4 > > days out of surgery and since yesterday, anything I eat has been > > hurting as it goes down.
