Thank you!

May we all merit to see a year that is dripping sweet but not too much GERD!

May we merit to eat lots of "New Fruit" without a gut reaction.

May we forge 'ahead' in our journeys instead of dragging our "tails" between our legs.

I feel so fortunate to be part of this list and to have found this SCD way of

life. A huge thank you to everyone who helps in whatever way they can and to

everyone who loves themselves enough to work at getting better:o)

I'm not Jewish, but I think it's a really good reason to have homemade

applesauce with honey for dessert tonight! My family can have a little cultural

lesson with dinner.
