It looks amazing and only has two easy substitutions to make it SCD legal: replace ricotta cheese with DCCC and flour with almond flour. Assuming they didn't leave something out, which I keep checking the recipe to make sure. Anyway, I'm excited about it and am going to try the dough (it needs to rest at least over night), maybe even later tonight if I get my act together although, : http://www.bonappetit.com/magazine/2009/10/swiss_chard_ricotta_gnudi_with_fall_m\ ushrooms forgot to buy the mushrooms though, so can't make that part tonight anyway.
