Guest guest Posted April 22, 2001 Report Share Posted April 22, 2001 Brigid, For breakfast today I had a scrambled egg with grated cheese and some salsa wrapped in homemade tortillas (homemade are much thinner and taste better...sometimes I even use pita bread instead of tortilla) Lunch consisted of Arbys roast beef sandwich with cheese and a little fruit. Dinner was 6 ounces of fillet of sole, half small baked potato with butter and sour cream and some grapes......
