Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I'm back from my fantastic trip to Mexico and happy to report my plateau broke. I currently weigh 169 Pounds! Woo Hoo! While on my trip I did not weigh myself so you can imagine how happy I was when I stepped on the scale and POOF 13 Pounds gone from the last time I reported to you guys. (Last post to group: March 30th was plateauing for weeks at 182# and freaking out, convinced I wouldn't lose anymore weight) My trip was so fun and I had so much energy. I scuba dove, snorkeled, hiked up pyramids, swam, ect... The extra weight off my body made a huge difference. My family kept commenting how slim I was and how great I look That of course felt good. I am not following the main list anymore (just scan it occasionally and will look for responses to this post) I am on Dr. Baltasar's list and the DS Problems list. Lupita Estrada Dr. Baltasar 9-26-00 Pre-op before leaving for Spain 265# Weight right before surgery 260# Today (5/11/01) 169# _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
Guest guest
Lupita, Congratulations!! That's great! That amount of activity, without your knees hurting, ankles swelling or being so out of breath you feel like you're going to throw up, is exactly one of the main reasons I'm having this surgery, come hell or high water! Congratulations again!! Anita Pre-pre-op in Denver > Hi Everyone! I'm back from my fantastic trip to Mexico and happy to report > my plateau broke. I currently weigh 169 Pounds! Woo Hoo!
