Not sure if I've told you guys this, but I looked at a Chick fil a nutrition info brochure the other day. It had the ingredients listed, and I just found them again online:INGREDIENTS:Chargrilled chicken breast filets containing up to 18% solution of water, seasoning (sugar, salt, dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract, spice, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate flavor, paprika ), seasoning (salt, sugar, spices, and paprika), butter flavored vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, palm kernel oil, lecithin, artificial flavor, TBHQ, beta carotene), rice starch and potassium phosphate, tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, provolone cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes and natural smoke flavor), pickles (cucumbers, water, vinegar, salt, contains less than 1% of the following: calcium chloride, alum, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate [preservatives], natural flavors, polysorbate 80, Yellow #5, blue 1). bacon (cured with water, salt, hickory smoke flavoring, sugar, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite). Served on a golden wheat bun from a local bakery.I'm not sure if this is the same thing you guys have ordered, but I ordered the chargrilled fillet a couple times thinking it was legal, not realizing I was giving my bacteria a polysaccharide buffet!! The worker there said it was marinated in garlic, salt and pepper, and I believe people on here said they had ordered it before thinking it was legal. Well, apparently it's not. So sorry to burst anyone's chick fil a bubble, but if it's illegal, it's illegal. =( Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa 15UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)20mg Prednisone 1x daily ugh
