Re: Marathon appt. in the morning

Tomorrow at 10 am is my Marathon appt in Fremont. I am so excited my tummy is

sick. I did not make it to my 10% but, I am getting closer I think I am okay

with that. I will let you know after I get on their scale. I re-read some parts

of my binder. I have not filled out the exercise part even though I have been

exercising, is this okay? Should I have filled anything out, or will we be doing

that together? I will post and let you guys' know how much more weight I have

to lose tomorrow. I'm leaving at 6:45 a.m. due to traffic over the altamont.
