Hi Tom,

I would say that it's the cheating that is giving you problems. Every time you

ingest something SCD illegal, you feed the bad bacteria. We want to starve

them...

Do you have a food diary? You will need to try different foods (and

supplements) a little at a time and write the results. Write everything and go

slowly. Eventually you'll figure out what works for you because we are all

different.

Good luck,

I would say that it's the cheating that is giving you problems.Agreed. Especially since you cheated at the same time as the yogurt, which you suspect. Using logic, if the yogurt didn't hurt you before, and the dripped yogurt is supposed to be even EASIER on the system, then it shouldn't be a problem. You said the cramping starts soon after eating yogurt. Is it upper or lower? Yogurt can move only so fast through your digestive system, so if the cramping starts very soon after eating, it seems to me like the yogurt wouldn't have had time to progress far enough to even CAUSE cramping. Just my thoughts. Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa 15UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)20mg Prednisone 1x daily ugh
