Guest guest Posted May 16, 2001 Report Share Posted May 16, 2001 Hi all I am a person who just got approval today in Columbus Oh at Ohio State University for a lap RNY. The more I read though I am becoming convinced that BPD/DS is the way I want to go. Is there anyone on here who had approval for one surgery and then decided to switch over? How did it go? Did you have to start all over from the beginning? Get another psych exam......more nutritionist visits......since my first ones were done by OSU??? Should I contact a surgeon first or just ask my ins co? I know OSU does not offer this surgery so I am assuming I will have to go to Dr Hess in Bowling Green unless there is another Ohio surgeon someone could reccomend? Help!!
