Are you still taking iron pills? That may be turning things orange? It may not

be too many carrots, but the pigment will turn things orange- beets will do that

too- only redder.

Do you have thrush? The white spots could be viral too.

School can stress you, but then, the Prednisone is mostly helpful while you are

on it.

Don't know about the Boulardii....

Are you still taking iron pills? That may be turning things orange? It may not be too many carrots, but the pigment will turn things orange- beets will do that too- only redder.No. I stopped while I was on vacation a while ago and I was waiting to intro them so I could intro one at a time. I need to intro fish oil, boulardii (which I did first), iron, and I want to intro some other foods, like spinach and butternut squash. And I want to maybe start taking a muliti again. But it's so hard when you have to wait 3 DAYS between things!! I'm going to start the iron today, because I think it's been 3 days since the boulardii.Do you have thrush? The white spots could be viral too.Yeah. My doc checked it and said it was thrush. It's going away though. I've been gargling with hydrogen peroxide and ACV every night, and it tastes like barf, but if it works...Oh! Another question: How can you tell if your ACV has 'mother' in it? I looked all over the bottle, but could not find it. Under ingredients it says ACV and water, and below that it says that it's 5%. Then the only way to tell is to stop orange vegetables- carrots, butternut

squash, for a few days and see if that's it- but that does not mean you can't

eat them- it's just the pigment that is in the D.

Carrots go right through me, though. See if this helps.

I agree. Cut out the carrots for at least one week to see what happens. Just eat

a little more zucchini in the meantime, or maybe add cooked spinach.
