Guest guest Posted August 13, 2009 Report Share Posted August 13, 2009 A few years ago I stopped making/eating the goat yogurt as I believe it causes me to have mucus. I recently reintroduced it, and I think it's still doing the same thing, but no other remarkable side effects. So, my question is - is the right thing to do to continue eating the yogurt since we get all the good probiotics from it? Or should I stop eating it and just go back to my Acidophilus and S.
