I strongly advise you not to get surgery at this time. I was hit or

should I say thrown off the road by a semi truck. You want to make

very sure that the pain you are in now is not mitigated by the

surgery. If you decided to file a lawsuit against the other driver

you may not get a fair settlement. You may regret it later. Please
