Move rack to lowest position. (I didn't do this.) Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer. (I beat the eggs with the honey first.) I made 8 mini loaves - 2 in glass tart dishes and 6 in a special " muffin top " pan that my mom gave me. I baked them for about 20 minutes.
