2.5 C almond flour

4 eggs

1 Tbs honey (I will put in a bit less next time)

3/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp a.c. vinegar

Preheat oven to 300. Move rack to lowest position. (I didn't do this.) Mix all

ingredients together with hand mixer. (I beat the eggs with the honey first.) I

made 8 mini loaves - 2 in glass tart dishes and 6 in a special " muffin top " pan

that my mom gave me. I baked them for about 20 minutes.
