Guest guest
Hi, While I've not yet tried any SCd bread, my friend who bakes it regularly developed his own way to have it be successful. He bakes it in mini tart pans instead of as a loaf. So it comes out as individual slices, in effect. The bread comes out of the little tart pans readily, and are easily frozen between pieces of wax paper. It is a wonderful way to do this bread. I was thinking about it the other day. If we think more in terms of English muffins-- ie, that dimension-- we may be happier with bread results.

Guest guest
I just did this yesterday (hadn't seen this post) and was very happy with the way the bread came out. It was like flat hamburger buns and that's what I used it for. My son liked it and we both had hamburgers with ketchup and mustard on a bun! I used the same recipe that's in this thread. Guest guest
> > Which recipe is that, Liz? > > Also, what did you use for bread molds, or did you use > mini tart pans (I don't happen to have any)? 2.5 C almond flour 4 eggs 1 Tbs honey (I will put in a bit less next time) 3/4 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp a.c. vinegar Preheat oven to 300. Move rack to lowest position. (I didn't do this.) Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer. (I beat the eggs with the honey first.) I made 8 mini loaves - 2 in glass tart dishes and 6 in a special " muffin top " pan that my mom gave me. I baked them for about 20 minutes.
