I cannot handle nut flour in the slightest. I can't really do nut products in general. Maybe some occasional nut butter- but I don't like how I go postal and just want more and more. Brings me back to my coca cola drinking days. Anyway, I am finding that shredded coconut and coconut flour don't seem to be an issue at all. Obviously, in moderation..
