I haven't heard about that specifically but I wanted to share a story. I went

to Albuquerque a couple years ago and went wandering around the city. We (bf

and I) found this juice bar and spent a lot of time talking with the woman who

ran it. Although many of her juices were just fine for me she made this amazing

drink that had parsley, kale, some juices and 4 cloves of raw garlic. The only

garlic I tasted was a hint of it in the aftertaste (the rest was just the yummy

juice) so it *can* be done smoothie/juice style. Unfortunately I don't have the

recipe she used but it is possible to make a drink like that that doesn't just

taste like raw garlic :)

Eileen,

Sheila used to suggest carrot + garlic for juice to fight yeast issues.

It used to be on PB's site but since PB has gone through some changes I can't

find the reference to it right now.

Ask Sheila why this is a suggestion..
