Guest guest
I don't know about carrot juice specifically for yeast, but many years ago when I saw a Naturopath and first learned to clean up my diet and act in general, he had me on a week fast to start with. Nothing but juices. Carrot juice recommended as the main one because he said it is extremely healthy and healing for many things. It's also delicious! I haven't made any for awhile but i always prefer mine with a couple of tablespoons of fresh lemon juice per quart that I juice. It's best to use up what you juice on the same day as it starts losing enzymes and things. The lemon juice adds a nice zing and prevents browning. Apple carrot is also a delicious combo. I say, try it! I was just looking at some stuff online about drinking fresh carrot and raw garlic juice to battle candida. Has anyone heard of or had any experience with this?
