Guest guest
I've waited twenty long months to say these words: I'M APPROVED! It's been a long, hard fight, but it finally happened. I had to switch surgeons in the middle of the fight, as the wonderful Dr Welker went on hiatus. I was so blessed to end up with Dr. Hess, I have been unbelievably lucky in the surgeon department. I've likewise been lucky to have the support of many friends whom I have met through my research, and most especially, Teri from New Mexico, who blew open the door with our inusrance, then stood by me through my fight with Choice Plus. To all of you who are struggling along, don't ever, ever give up. Had I not won this time, I would have reatained Walter in a heartbeat. I was dead serious, and I made that plain to my insurance company. I'm pretty much numb at this point, I have that feeling one gets after winning any long, seemingly impossible battle. I'm not sure if I want to jump up and down screaming, or curl up and cry like a baby. By the time this is all said and done, I will probably have done both. Bless you, every one of you, for being there. And BTW, Joe Frost, I printed out your beautifully stated post on fleeting regrets, I have a feeling I may need it.
