I'm excited to say I just got back from the local GNC and they have a great scale that is as accurate as Dr. Hess' scale and guess what....I've lost 8 pounds this week! Thank you all for telling me to eat more fat, it really worked! The stupid thing is, I got weighed at my gym earlier this morning and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks. I think that scale just isn't made for us "big gals". I got measured while I was at the gym and I've lost a total of 31 more inches JUST THIS MONTH! I'm just posting for those of you who are like I was like week, not remembering how AMAZING this surgery is! I've now lost 49 pounds in less than 7 weeks!! (OK, now I'm gloating) I feel great! (talk to me tomorrow after my first night of work!)
