I just had eleven 30 year old mercury fillings removed by a biological dentist.

I spend 45 minutes a day in an infrared sauna to sweat out the mercury. I am

not going the chelation route. According to the research from the sauna

company, within 6 months of usage, mercury levels drop dramatically and within a

year down to negligible amounts. During the sauna I drink water with trisalts &

after the sauna a detox cocktail (vitamin C, r-ala, milk thistle w/

turmeric/dandelion root and n-acetyl cysteine). I bought an expensive sauna

made in Canada of canadian parts (Sauna Ray) because I also have my young

children use it and I didn't want anything chemically treated(it has heat guards

and can be used at a relatively low temp as far a saunas go);however, you can

get a much less expensive sauna made in China. A book on the topic is Detoxify

or Die by Dr. Sherry (The book has great information but is written in a

sensational style with lots of

repeated information). I find the infrared sauna much more comfortable than a

steam sauna. When I was first having the fillings removed and for a month

afterwards, I stayed in for 1 1/2 hours a night. I did not get sick from the

removal but I have read you could get sick months after the removal. The sauna

company owner told me I would not be able to get rid of yeast until I got rid of

the mercury. I am using that as an excuse to eat honey until next year (I know

I should stop eating honey now but I don't want to!).
