Guest guest
Hi - e-mail me and we can talk ! I no longer have the energy to deal with censorship or to encourage people to have some compassion...I am too busy being grateful that I have been blessed with a great surgical outcome...helping those who need information, direction and a supportive ear...and commend you for seeking both sides of the story. Some one ... a medical professional .... once made a bit of fun at this list and said it was all about Wooo Hooo....Go girl....congrats...You got approval.....You know... the light and airy feel good stuff. I adamantly defended that it always told the good the bad and the ugly....I no longer feel that way. Like I said....not going to waste my breath on this topic here anymore... Anyone really interested in supporting Anybody...including Deb...e-mail me ! JJ (sad......but just fine !) __________________________________________________
Guest guest
I agree, this list is no longer about support since deb was " censored " -- It's too bad, I found out so much info here as a pre-op. Now it's a cheering squad. Why are people afraid of the truth? Good, bad, ugly... Guest guest
I have kept quiet on this discussion because I don't have any particular gripe with either Deb and her supporters or those who feel she has slandered her surgeon. I feel that both sides have a good point. I might point out that my wife falls strongly in the camp supporting Deb. But I have felt that it just wasn't my fight. But when you say this list is no longer about support you make me angry. YOU may not be about support but I damned well am. I am not a member of a cheering squad and never have been. I specifically and purposely do not get into those sorts of posts. I resent your implying that those of us who are here to support others are members of a cheering squad. So if you would restrict your comments to yourself in the future I for one would appreciate it. If you feel a need to leave this group because you think it isn't one of support then the group will be diminished as new people are constantly coming on line looking for just that support that I give them and you could be giving them if you could get past a wrong which may or may not have been done to a member. And if you think I haven't given the bad along with the good outcomes of this surgery you obviously have not been paying attention. Sorry if this offends but I don't like being incorrectly categorized and if you chose to leave you will be missed.
