Guest guest
Just two nights ago I punched myself in the eye! I woke up looking for the person that hit me! Then I realized that I hit myself with my jerky movement. This is something that has happened quite often over the years. I have punch my wife in the back, the side, her hip and wake up feeling horribly about it. I have awaken with soarness in different parts of my hands and arms and bruised evenly without any knowledge of how it came about. But most of the times when I have jerky movement and hit myself really hard, it tends to get my attention and wake me up. You too? I too have spilled drinks, dropped food, medicine, money and other things. Me and my family have learned when passing me something it is best to set it down on a flat surface first and then let me pick it up myself when I stop shaking. It seems to work much better that way. AS for the avascualr necrosis, I have it in my shoulders, but I AIN'T CLAIMING IT! YA HERE? MIne to due to the years of being on prednisone. The steroids can cause this. I did not know that Sarc could cause it. Take care fish-fun-man, Do you fly fish for brown trout in cold water and cook it along the shoreline and then go get warmed in the log cabin? Man! That sounds like my kind of living, fish-fun-man! Ronnie B Wishing you healing and wellness

Guest guest
Ron, I have done a lot of weird things in my sleep. I have woken up to find myself throwing things things around, kicking, having a conversation, jerking around, getting up to write something done (now that was odd) . I always thought it was from the meds I was on but I don't know. I shake all the time and my husband and the family know better to let me hold things and handle things that are heavy and fragile. Like a plate or a cup of liquid for instance. Because my hands will just not cooperate. I drop things constantly too. It is very frustrating. My handwriting which used to be so neat is now so messy its awful. So I can relate to your shaky hands and uncontrollable movements. Hugs, Debbie " J.
