Guest guest Posted May 7, 2001 Report Share Posted May 7, 2001 HI, Seems a lot of people have problems getting their protein shakes down. I found what may be a solution for some. Jello with Protein. Take one package of Sugar-free Jello and make as usual. When it is well mixed and starting to cool down. Add Unflavored Protein Powder according to package directions to be equal to 2-8oz shakes (with my soy powder it was 4 scoops, 2 for each 8 oz.). Mix well, use an electric mixer if possible. Makes 4 servings, equal to 1/2 a shake. Mine jelled into 3 layers. The upper and lower layer contained most powder and had a different texture, but not unpleasent.
