I'm back to jello and chicken, but it's not all bad. That cheesecake is pretty tasty. I'm wondering if it's because I used cream instead of milk for yogurt? Or it could be I had buffalo wings yesterday, and I'm not sure if it was all legal. Live and learn. Anyways, I'm trying to follow the stages on Pecanbread.com, and I was wondering what the purpose of the Electrolyte drink was. Is this just fluid intake for kids, or is it something I've missed in the book that's really beneficial to the diet? Just wondering.
