Guest guest Posted May 1, 2001 Report Share Posted May 1, 2001 What is happening to my scar? I am 10 weeks post-op, and up until a month ago I had a nice, neat, straight and thin scar. It is now spreading from a thin line to a wide one, almost 1/2 an inch wide in some spots, and red and shiny. It doesn't hurt, but looks ugly and awful. Has this happened to anyone else?
