Guest guest Posted April 19, 2001 Report Share Posted April 19, 2001 popsciles are the best thing to keep eating because it is your liquid, they have the sugar free ones and the red is the best, i had alot of cream of wheat make it as soupy as you want it, i really didn't even think about real food for about 2 weeks. i remember i had my first chicken nugget at burger king it took me 40 minutes to eat the one piece and i was so proud of myself. i remember it took me that long because we were on our way to our trailor in michgan and that is how long it took, then a week later i tried the hamburger no bun just the meat it took awhile but i ate it first couple times half then finally the whole piece, my husband told me i was a cheap date. I had dr. hess also, it has been 9 months for me and 140 pounds off forever. if you think you want to try the protein try the carb solutions powered i found that and has no sugar or just alittle it depends what you get and alot of protein. i think that is how i finally got my protein level up.
