Could she possibly have some form of the flu?

Does she have abdominal pain with the vomiting? Other symptoms?

However, I wouldn't rule out stress, necessarily. Stress can do some

mighty weird things to one's body. I think a lot of us here know that from

very personal experience! (And it need not be really heavy, despressing

kind of stress, either; possibly something a person is not even very

consciously aware of, and it can still cause some serious symptoms.

Example: I have a sister who is experiencing frequent heart palpitations.

She's had every test known to humankind related to her heart, et al, and

they've found nothing. She herself is noe concluding it's stress related.

The only stress she's under is actually fairly pleasant: her son the

contractor is building her and her husband a new house!
