I have been eating things this and nothing else: Chicken soup (broth only) Boiled chicken pork chops SCD yogurt with DCCC, banana (i cant live without them), and honey cheesecake homemade apple cider, apple cider gelatin Because i feel so bloated and am not sure if i am going to shart, or fart, i end up logging each time i pull my pants down and sit on a toilet as a bathroom trip althought ( although i usually do get some mucusy looking matter) i describe what happens in my journal, by the end of they day, i may have had 2 actual bowel movements where food matter is emptied, but ive been to the bathroom out of fear 6 times. my stomach makes some serious growling noises and i can feel lots of gases shifting around. Is this normal... i feel like what i'll hear about this is that it could be a " die off " symptom, but if it is has it happened to most people? should i possibly reduce my meal sizes? eat less frequently? also has anyone read the book " Food combining made easy " by doctor H.
