The Detoxify or Die discussed all of the toxins we take in & resulting diseases

(plus the consequences of prescription drugs). The detoxification focused on

the sauna, supplements, water filtering machines (alkaline??) and one other

method (I can't remember what it was called and I borrowed the book from the

library). She believes the sauna can reverse any disease.

I started out slowly in June, then went to daily sessions since July (I had all

my fillings removed in July). I haven't noticed many changes yet-only the

following:I had night sweats for a couple of weeks after I started the daily

sessions. My feet don't hurt as much as they used to when I walk without shoes.

My skin has become incredibly soft, like a baby's skin. At first, I didn't

sweat very much (sign of impaired detoxification system) but now I do. The

sauna has five heaters so yes, the heat radiates throughout your entire body.

It is rough on your hair;you can protect your hair with a towel but I don't

sweat as much so I skip the towel. You can search on-line to read people's

success stories with saunas. The owner of the company started it after building

a sauna for his 2 year old. He had lived in China and his son developed bowed

legs from lead poisoning (it displaces calcium in bones). He used it daily with

his son for several months and

completely reversed the lead poisoning without chelation. His son is now 8 and

was not affected cognitively.

Hope this was helpful!
