Sound of Waves

I really miss being able to hear the sound of waves on the beach. I

recall a trip to San Francisco and driving over to Oakland to see the

huge ships in the Pacific. I could not get over the energy that could

be harnessed from all the powerful waves that were coming from the

Pacific Ocean. It was truly a awesome experience.

Even the trees near the ocean are affected from the tides. They grow

differently at an angle due to the heavy gravitational pull from the

ocean the tides and the moon. It is truly a sight to see. The

farther you get away from the ocean this trend diminishes. And all

the trees tend to look like Bonsai!

It was a trip driving through China Town and seeing all of these

trees that look like Bonsai's due to the affects from nature.

I miss being able to hear the ocean, a waterfall and even a slow

Homemedic trinkle of water over a rock garden. But at least I can

smell it and see it huh?

Anyone ever been to Oakland, California and had a chance to visit the

ocean to see what I am talking about?

I had a similar experience in Seattle, but it was not as pronounced

and impacting as it was in Oakland. I guess I was too focused on

them cherries from Mt Ranier. Man are they tasty. Expensive yes,

but tasty.

Hey Matt, how bout some cherries and Salmon from Seattle my good ole

friend? The best salmon I have ever tasted was from a restaurant in

Seattle. And we know about those cherries don't we?

The cherries can sell for as much as 8.99 per pound her. What does

it cost per pound in Seattle.

Greedy Ron,

Smile
