Guest guest
I got an answer re: garlic and carrot juice for yeast from Sheila on pecanbread Hi Eileen, Fresh, homemade carrot juice juice is antifungal as is garlic. Pair them together and it's great against yeast overgrowth.. I used to add 1-2 garlic cloves to 2-3 carrots in the juicer. I first would dilute the juice by at least 50%. Next to remove all pulp I would strain it first through a seive/strainer and then strain it through a coffee filter.
